Ocean's Elite Volleyball Club
The Oceans Elite Volleyball Club is dedicated to providing a safe, stable environment for the growth of young women in the sport of volleyball and in everyday life. We view sports as a microcosm of life itself and we believe that the lessons taught to our athletes will have a positive impact on not only their volleyball aspirations but more importantly, on their life aspirations as well.
Coach Marlon Sano Named Head Coach of Women's Volleyball at the University of La Verne
Ocean's Elite founder and coach Marlon Sano has been named as head volleyball coach for the University of La Verne women's volleyball program. The University of La Verne competes in the NCAA Division III and the women's volleyball squad earned earned a berth in the NCAA Championship match in 2008. They finished 27-3 last season, earning the program's ninth consecutive SCIAC crown with an undefeated 14-0 record in conference play.

Marlon Sano Named Leopard Volleyball Coach
Coach Sano will continue to be involved with the Ocean's Elite Volleyball Club.
2009 Season Ends with Regional Tournament Wins and a Great Club Party!
The 2009 club volleball season for Ocean's Elite teams ended with the 16's SCVA regional tournament on June 13-14. All of the teams finished well in their respective tournaments as described in this writeup in the Santa Maria Times:

Our annual club party was held at the Loomis Barn on June 20 where a fun time was had by all! Thanks to the Loomis family for providing their barn, the deluxe BBQ and the premiere grilling talent!

Ocean's Elite Athletes in CIF State Championships
For the second straight year Ocean's Elite athletes Sarah Arnold, Kaitlynd Carroll, Kaitlyn Henry, Shelby Jackson, Rachel Milligan and Madison Sano competed for the for their High School, Coastal Christian School (Arroyo Grande), in the CIF Southern Section High School Division V-AA Volleyball Championship.
Ocean's Elite Athletes Awarded 2008 High School Volleyball Post-Season Honors
At the conclusion of the High School Girls volleyball season, The following Ocean's Elite athletes were recipients of league and CIF honors:
Kaitlyn Henry and Madison Sano were named to the "All CIF Division V First Team".
Kaitlynd Carrol was named to the "All CIF Division V Second Team"
Kaitlyn Henry and Madison Sano were named to the "All San Luis Obispo County Second Team".
Kaitlyn Henry and Madison Sano were named co-"Most Valuable Player" for the Coast Valley League.
Rachel Milligan and Kaitlynd Carroll were named to the "Coast Valley League First Team".
Sarah Arnold recieved a "Coast Valley League Honorable Mention"
Dayna Drewniak was named "Most Valuable Player" for the Los Padres League!
